1st time making muffins-Chocafe Muffins!

The 1st time i made muffins in my life was yesterday-26th of JULY 2010.

U'll never know how crazy was i.

I did it in the afternoon.

I found the machine without the thing that use for stir the mixture. I was cursing the stupid machine. I can't find it in store room, some more when i looking for it, i injured! Ishhh...

I was so stupid larhhh...when i pouring the mixture into the cupcake paper [i took it at my aunt's house, it's sounds stupid that i'm making muffins with cupcake paper. LOL], I didn't put the paper into the MOLD!!! I wondered, why the hell the shape is gone? Will it change to the shape it's suppose be after baked it?

I was alone in the house, i can't find my mum or my sis for help. so i just leave it and putted it into the oven. Ha!

Obviously, it's FAILED!!!

it's look so ugly, but at least it's eatable. xD but too smooth...

I was so crazy.

I promised my friends that I'll make it for them and bring in to them by today.I can't let them down! Even i knew that they won't "UP". LOL

I asked my dad to fetch me go my aunt's house to search for the mold and other useful things.

Gosh! I wasted so damn long time for only the stupid dumb mold! =.='''

But i can't find it. I give up. but i took the frozen cheese cake's mold back! Ha! At least i took something... xD

But i'm still not puas hati!

after my dinner, i begged my sis go take it. she knew where is it. And we begged out grandpa

fetch us...xD

Finally! I found it!!! some more we took another machine from my aunt's house. the making waffle machine. ha!

LOL. I so confidence and won't give up easily for this. Surprise? LOL. i shocked myself too... =P even though i didn't got that determination for my study =P

Then, I start it again. The 2nd time is successful! And it's without any mistake! the volume of the materials or whatever just fine! ha! And i found the stupid things for the stirring machine. [i don't know what's it's name, just stirring machine larhhh...]

The 2nd time I was more clever than the 1st. Because already got the experience!!!

I won't fail the next time!!! NEVER! i won't let it happen.. ha!

my mum asked me to make 1 1st then only put others into the oven and bake.

Good idea. I'm asking myself why the hell i'm so stupid on the afternoon?

I guess maybe i just too overstimulated, too excited and impatient at all. Ha!

Yeah!!! I really succeed! & it's smell good. and smooth. yummy, delicious, bravo! And, Syok sendiri... xP

I'm very glad and happy with that. Imma so damn proud!

but the stupid mold just got 6 of it. I need to bake few rounds. =\ but it's worth! haha!

I took some photos and putted some icing sugar on it as decoration. =D

Because i used the cupcake papers, so the muffins are small, like mini muffins, so cute! that's a advantage, I can make it more! ha!

my next target will be banana choco muffins.

because my mum said she want me to make banana flavor. xD and my house got some banana

too. lol.

actually i want to make strawberry muffins. for someone's b'day...

at fact, i wanna eat too... xD

I told her that i got homework larhh! told her next time... if everyday also gonna make muffins, then i'm sure very busy. some more the materials sure will finish very very very soon! xD

And now we lack of one material too... MILK!

I'm also planning to make cookies.

the 1st cookies that i wanna make is Honey Star Cookies!!!

It's looks so easy in the recipe. but i don't think that it will be easy when i make it.you know, newbie marr...

cookies is harder than muffins/cupcakes!

and bread is harder than cookies...

Actually it's quite expensive to make those food like cakes, muffins or cupcakes.

because of the materials. Somebody think that go outside buy easier or maybe cheaper.

But the thing u can't get when you buying a cake, but when you making it, u do! Yeah, the happiness and satisfaction!!!

you will feel so happy while you doing that!

and the heart beating when you waiting the cake/muffins/cupcakes done!

Everyone must try it!

I'm interested on desserts,cakes,muffins or cupcakes.

but if you ask me how about cooking like something we eat usually. I'll say, "i'm prefer dessert~" =]
